Just brought the vanilla flavor, can't wait to add this to my daily tea routine. I'v had so many benefits from green tea and now having this it's only gonna get better.

  5. Beat our daughters eczema -put 10 tea bags in a warm shallow bath and her skin was noticeably better , we have never had to go back to the doctor for steroid creams or ointments as this HAS been like a miracle cure . Sleepless nights of her itching and crying and being sleep deprived was gone. We subsequently reduced the number of organic red bush tea bags in her bath as her skin just continued to improve. I work as a nurse and am always informing parents to try this .

If it's Tetleys brand I would avoid, they have 8% flavourings which the company refuses to say what that comprises of. I would be vigilant.

  7. Start drinking this Health Builder Rooibos Tea every night during an exam week. What I say to myself? Should have started drinking it during study week or earlier. Added just one small spoon in a big steel cup. Taste good and very relaxing.
