Wouldn’t it be amazing if cancer could be cured with natural herbs and spices? Well, it turns out nature offers a potential cure again. Here’s a list of 5 herbs and spices that have anti-cancer properties and could help in the fight against cancer.

1. Basil

Primarily featured in Italian food, basil has been frequently examined to discover the secrets of its health benefits. With its antibacterial, antiviral and antioxidant properties, there’s already plenty of reasons to love basil. However, it’s got even more goodness locked away in its leaves. 5. Rosemary

A well-known spice (although one you may not normally use), rosemary is found in many mediterranean dishes and contains very, very high antioxidant properties. Topical use of rosemary extract may also have some anti-cancer benefits, too.

  1. IMO if cancer is in the early stages then chemo and radiation may work… after surgery, of course, to remove the tumor… once you’re up to stage III or IV though, there is no point in chemo or radiation… at that point I would try alternative options.

  2. These herbs and spices are great to use for our body and health, so we all should use at different times cooking wise. We are not going to use all at the same time, every day because each recipe calls for one or another. All I know is if we use Herbs and Spices that are good for our body, we are keeping our bodies healthy. Lots of love to all….

  3. Tell Steve Jobs that ……they say it was because he did not get into early treatment and his reliance on HERBAL and ALTERNATIVE treatments that his DISEASE had so progressed…………It just scares me to think it is ONE or the OTHER …….why is there no MIDDLE GROUND ?

    • my dad is using both conventional treatment, Lupron (horomone suppressor for prostate cancer), and has had chemo embolism 2x (they dripped the chemo right on to the tumor on his liver) He also uses Rick Simpson oil, coconut oil, and eats all organic low fat low sugar diet. The cancer has retreated from the bone in his pelvis and is gone, prostate tumor has shrunk 60%, and his liver is tumor free now. There is a middle ground, just have to find it.

  4. It can’t. I’ve had cancer for months now, and have eaten ridiculous amounts of these herbs, and my cancer didn’t diminish until I started chemo. I’m also on a completely organic diet, which is 95% vegan – aside from wild Alaskan salmon for the omega-3’s – for the past 4 years. I also don’t eat any processed food.
