  1. I do this but with lemons and cinnamon. I boil water with 2 cinnamon sticks, remove from the heat and add 2 fresh lemons, sliced. Let steep until cool stirring occasionally, then put in a pitcher and refridgerate. Ill try this with apples tho!

  2. Wow; I just made some after seeing this, chilled it, and drank some. It’s def yummy! Way better than any of the bottled flavored water you can buy. I could taste the apple and cinnamon even though it had only been made minutes b4 I tried it. Sliced a half apple and 1 cinnamon stick in a Mason jar.

  3. This is great….when did you snatch it from Skinny Body distributors? Funny how you cut the water jug off but still have the Skinny body bottle in the background!!! LOL….. <3 ((Follow me)) if you want awesome info, diet tips, and much more!! =)

    • Just because something says it is natural it can still harm you. This is where too little information is quite dangerous. Do your own research if something looks like what you might like to ingest first and make your own informed decisions.

    • Yes, of course, not sure what that has to do with my comment but ok . This page and the people who comment on it constantly get a little over board and seemingly do not feel the need to back up their statements .. doing research is easier said than done with all the conflicting information out there .. including pages like this one posting a DO THIS type recipe and again all the negative comments that go along with it . Its a big circle of nonsense IMO
