  1. Some free radical exposure is beneficial, nay, essential. It allows the body the rebuild anew stronger than prior. This is what happens during exercise. So I would carefully time intake of antioxidants – especially glutathione – to not clash with recovery phase post-exercise.

  2. When I go for IV peroxide therapy I also have glutathione added along with other goodies. The biggest problem with producing glutathione is if your liver is not functioning properly, and most are not doing so well after 25-30 years of age because of the amount of toxic stuff in the air, water and foods, sadly you will not make glutathione regardless of how many or how much glutathione precursors you ingest.
