  1. google “decalcifying the pineal gland” my friend could only sleep for 1 hour a day, until he quit big-pharma meds…. anti-depressives in particular mess with the sleep rhytm— quite important brain area usually got a ton of sludge in it these days

Are you just making this up as you go along? marijuana’s effects last much longer than 8 hours, and statistically impair brain function, and yes I was a pot head, and with tolerance your brain actually rewires itself to negate these affects but they are there. The best way to beat insomnia, which i have also had, is to wake up at the same time! everyday, regardless of how much sleep you’ve had.

  3. Why is melatonin not on the list? is this not a good supplement? I know several people who have switched to melatonin from sleeping pills and no long deal with their side effects.
