  3. Lee Aloni, the cost of those fruits would be insane. They are non GMO. I couldn’t even find that in my area if I wanted. If you can grow your own melon, it would be so much more nutritious but a pomegranate tree would be quite the luxury.

  5. Why organic pomegranate and watermelon? You don’t eat the skin/rind. I buy mostly organic fruits and veggies, “the dirty dozen”, but don’t understand why I would need to buy organic pomegranate and watermelon. You wash the outside before you cut into it.

  6. also avoid cooking with vegetable oil since it oxidizes and cause the problem. cook using butter and rendered fat, coconut oil is ok as well – as they do not oxidize. but remember we need lipids (fat) in our body because they are building block for cells, tissues, brain, etc
    Luck of them (like using statin drug) leads to memory loss, diabetes and many other very bad diseases.

Some good info. here, but, what happens when you combine all the “good stuff- omega 3 to omega 6 ,healthy fats including grass fed beef, pasture eggs, chicken, butter, avocados, coconut oil & olive oil with a lifestyle of going out to eat at restaurants several times a week that serve deep fried foods & creamy sauces etc..and fast foods? I don’t think they cook with the “healthy fats”. I’m truly concerned and want information on what’s happening in these contradicting-blended-eating-pattern-bodies? Especially with family history of deaths due to heart attacks & obesity?

  13. Cholesterole is only found in animal products. It’s so incredibly bad for us because we shouldn’t be eating animal flesh, chickens version of menstruation of breast milk made especially for large mammals that need to grow fast (who by the way get their protein from green grass and look at the size of them!) There’s no fancy diet needed people, just stop the cruelty and you are rewarded with excellent health!!

  14. Use natural sea salt,the usual supermarket salt has anti caking agent added 554( look it up as food additive),to absorb moisture,a bit like plaster….this is what clogs up the arteries,not salt in its natural form.

  19. Why are 4 out of 6 listed specifying organic when at least 3 of those are usually regarded as “clean” because they don’t absorb pesticides due to their thick skins or for some other reason? Likewise, why are 2 not specified as organic?

  21. I rarely eat meats, and hate anything greasy. Never use the things they say cause high cholesterol. The doc says its in the amount of fruits we eat, to counteract the meats.   22. By all means, use natural. In the US they changed the line where we are considered ok/borderline. One Rx was removed for too many deaths over a period of usage. The ones remaining, have the same side effects, but come on slower, perhaps. They all affect the muscles, and I don’t have any I want to lose, especially when it continues to take it away from heart, etc. Look your Rx up online before purchasing.
