Maybe you’re set in the habit of relying on caffeine or other stimulants for your daily energy boost. Maybe you like increasing your energy in this way. But for many, caffeine and other stimulants have the reverse of the intended effect over the course of a day. Once the immediate buzz wears off, a hard crash follows for many, leaving them feeling more depleted and lacking energy than they were before they ingested the stimulant to begin with. But regardless of whether or not you’re looking to weed the stimulants out from your life, you might find it useful to know that there are plenty of foods out there that can boost your energy naturally. Pairing these energy-boosting foods with other practices that are known to enhance energy (like a quick walk around the block!) just might produce a much more energized day for you than you have experienced in a long time.
