Living a natural lifestyle is a choice many of us are consciously making each and every day. Eating a diet rich in unprocessed foods and be conscientious of everything we put into our bodies and the lifestyle choices we make. Avoiding dangerous prescription drugs and utilizing the gifts of nature are essential to health and wellness. It is critical to understand the benefits of this type of lifestyle choice to full embrace it’s many physical and psychological benefits.
I’ve been personally interested in natural medicine and living a natural lifestyle most of my adult life. From eating healthy to staying active, I’ve learned to live an existence which has been healthy and mentally fulfilling. Living healthy is all about making choices and creating patterns in your life that lead to a better health and understanding and appreciation for overall quality of life. Too many people in today’s modern world have been brainwashed and programmed to live a certain way. This way of life includes eating highly processed foods which lack nutritional value and can lead to disease and related health problems. Additionally, people are programmed like sheep to gravitate towards traditional medical when sick and introduce prescription medications designed to “mask the symptoms” and not treat and cure the true underlying cause of the health problem. Millions of people are being prescribed medications that simply cover up the real problem and not actually cause more harm to their bodies. The beneficiaries the doctors the giant prescription drug companies and the hundreds of billion dollars they make each year worldwide off of the people (or should I say sheeple) who put these harmful lab created drugs in their bodies.
Deadly Risks of Prescription Drugs
The fact is natural remedies exist for most of the common ailments people experience. These include problems such as allergies, cancer, high cholesterol, depression, diabetes, hypertension, menopause, ADHD, stomach problems and stress. Too many people run to the local drug store, or even worse go to their doctor and are prescribed something which not only masks the real problem but also causes immeasurably mental and physical damage to due all of the harmful side effects of prescription medications. New studies are showing that side effects of prescription drugs are responsible for a increasingly large percentage of new medical problems. The drugs people are taking to “help them” are the very same drugs that are making them sick and causing death and disease!!! I’m convinced that a significant percentage of our world’s health problems and deaths are due to the very medications which are being prescribed to “help us”. It’s truly sad and a sick reminder of the greed and disgust these giant pharmaceutical companies display. It’s downright criminal.
Are Foods Poisoning Us?
The food we eat is also of major concern to me. Most of the food people commonly eat is highly processed and full of carcinogens and preservatives which are not only very difficult for our bodies to process but highly toxic in nature. Additionally, GMO (genetically modified organisms) have been linked to some significant health concerns in recent years. Essentially, the companies who make the food to feed the masses are knowingly poisoning our food supplies and this is likely causing millions of people to have related illnesses and health problems now and later in life.
The only way to avoid these health risks is to eat a diet of mostly natural, unprocessed, organic foods. This includes eating raw foods and making sure any dairy and meats consumed are certified organic. Eating a diet rich in organic fruits, vegetables, leafy greens, sprouts and legumes is recommended. Our body is a temple. We must nourish and care for like we would an infant. It truly pains me to see all of these everyday people basically led to slaughter by the corporations chasing the Almighty Dollar.
My motivation is to help normal, everyday people not only discover the benefits of eating healthy and avoiding dangerous pharmaceuticals, but also to embrace natural lifestyle choices and holistic remedies and use this as springboard to help integrate these lifestyle choices into their busy, modern day lives. If people begin to understand and accept they may just learn to trust in mother nature and will discover for themselves how wonderful her blessings truly are. And maybe, just maybe, this will motivate them to educate others on the vast benefits of an all natural lifestyle.
